Educated at St Patrick’s College, Cavan, and UCD. Noel graduated with a Degree in Law in 1983. Qualified as a Solicitor in 1986.

Post qualification Noel has obtained a Diploma in Applied European Law in 1998, a Diploma in Commercial Law in 2006, and a Certificate in Applied Finance Law in 2007.

Noel founded the firm in 1988. He advises over a broad range of areas with a particular interest in Commercial Law, Conveyancing, and Licensing Law. In 1995 he was appointed Legal Advisor to the Italian Embassy in Dublin and continues to represent them today.

In 2005 he was awarded a Knighthood by the President of Italy for his services to the Embassy and to the Italian community in Ireland in general.

Noel speaks Italian and advises Italians setting up business in Ireland and also Irish people considering investing in Italy.

Noel was appointed a Notary Public in 2018.

Lorraine joined the firm in 2000 as a Receptionist/Legal Secretary and now works as a Law Clerk in our Litigation Department dealing with claims to the Injuries Board, Licencing Law and Personal Injuries claims in the Courts.

Educated at Loreto College Cavan and Cavan College of Further Studies.

Josie has been with the firm since the beginning and over the years has progressed from Receptionist/Legal Secretary to Law Clerk and is now the Office and Accounts Manager.

Educated at Cavan Vocational School, Cavan College of Further Studies, Insurance Institute of Ireland and Independent Colleges Dublin. 

Jennifer has been working in the Legal and Insurance industries for over 15 years and joined the firm in 2017.

 
Jennifer has obtained a Diploma in Insurance and recently qualified with a Diploma in Professional Legal Studies. 

Jennifer is a member of The Irish Institute of Legal Executives of Ireland.
